Joel Onditi is a Kenyan American and the CEO and President of Pathways Technologies LTD, a US and Africa innovation and technology company with offices in Denver, Colorado and
Nairobi, Kenya. He is a professor of practice at The University of Denver, where he teaches Data Analytics and Emerging Trends in Technology. He also sits on the advisory board of the Analytics Department for the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver.
He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, and a master’s degree in data Analytics and AI from The University of
Denver. He also has a post-graduate certificate in Corporate Innovation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as well as an executive certificate in Public Policy with a focus
on Governance in Technology Innovation from Harvard Kennedy School.
Mr. Onditi has over 15 years’ experience delivering innovative technology and digital transformation solutions in Fintech, Manufacturing, Retail, E-commerce, Government and
Not-For-Profit sectors. His experience spans the US, Africa, Canada, and Europe working with organizations in digital transformation initiatives. He has also been a contractor for the US government over the last 7 years, where his assignments include advising on emerging technology projects including open banking, data privacy and protection, as well as cloud use
for government.
He started his career building banking software solutions and later moved to work for one of the largest banks in the region.
Beyond his passion for technology and innovation, he is dedicated to empowering youth with modern data and tech employable skills. His commitment has led him to forge partnerships and work closely with the Kenyan government and the US Embassy, which has been instrumental in actualizing the Silicon Savanna initiative.

Dr. Kennedy Nnadi is a renowned business executive and real estate strategist with over a decade of experience building and scaling international ventures. As CEO of Pennek, he transformed the company from a two-person startup into a $7.5 million enterprise with 90 employees, expanding its footprint from Africa to the United States.
With a B.Tech. in Soil Science and executive education from Lagos Business School and Strathmore Business School, Kenya, Dr. Nnadi also holds an Honorary Doctorate in Business
Management and Corporate Governance from European American University. His key strengths include international market expansion, affordable housing innovation, foreign
direct investment strategy, and business process modernization. He launched Pennek Meadows and Pennek Heights in Houston, Texas, contributing to job creation and introducing innovative
housing models to the U.S. market.
In recognition of his impact, Dr. Nnadi received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award and U.S. Congressional Recognition in 2024. He has been named among Africa’s Top 100 Most
Influential Young Leaders, and his thought leadership has been showcased through TEDx talks, authorship (Money is Overrated), and media features on NBC and CBS.
Dr. Nnadi actively serves on nonprofit boards such as the Pistis Foundation, championing community empowerment. His vision is to create sustainable enterprises that bridge global markets, foster economic growth, and uplift communities.
Romuald is a dynamic and visionary leader, recognized for
his breadth of expertise across global industries. He is the
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kukiaa LLC – DBA
Kukiaa Consulting & Supply, which he established in 2018
to deliver strategic consulting and supply chain solutions
across diverse markets.
Over the course of his distinguished career, Romuald has
cultivated extensive international leadership experience,
spanning the Oil & Gas Services, Construction, and Consulting sectors. His professional journey commenced as a Radio Administrator with ALLATON (1998–1999) and evolved rapidly through a series of leadership roles at RENCO (2001–2008), where he served as Logistics Manager, Operations Manager, and ultimately Managing Director. From 2009 to 2017, he held pivotal roles at SLB (formerly Schlumberger), including Supply Chain Manager, Central West Africa Procurement & Sourcing Manager, Global Supplier Manager, and Change Management & Deployment Manager. Currently, Romuald leads enterprise-wide Change Management initiatives for the Global Supply Chain at Cummins Inc.
Romuald’s academic foundation is equally distinguished. He earned a degree in Physical Chemistry from Marien-Ngouabi University in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo, and a Bachelor
of Arts in Marketing from the Institut National Polytechnique Félix Houphouët-Boigny in Côte d’Ivoire. His areas of expertise encompass Leadership, Global Supply Chain Optimization,
Change and Project Management, and Local Content Development. Reflecting his commitment to sustainability, he contributed to a 2020 Elsevier publication focused on the performance analysis of earth-air heat exchangers - a testament to his dedication to advancing environmentally responsible solutions.
A passionate advocate for community and economic empowerment, Romuald serves as Chairman of the Executive Board for the Texas Africa Chamber of Commerce (TXACC) and as
a Board Member of Dean's Professional Services (DPS), a leading Texas-based staffing firm. He is an executive leader of the "Back to Kama" initiative, promoting investment and relocation
opportunities for members of the African diaspora, and actively supports employee engagement as a member of the Cummins Black Network Membership Engagement Committee.
Jean-Alexis Moussounda is a proactive and highly qualified executive, operational leader with extensive experience and knowledge of business methods, principles, and techniques in the oil, gas and energy sector. Career includes over 24 years of experience with 19 years in leadership and senior management roles. Vocational background includes geographical exposure in North America, South America, Asia Pacific, Europe, North Africa, and Sub Sahara Africa.
He possess a strong track record of delivering corporate strategic directives and performance in critical areas of management, including business development, HSE, operations, quality, continuous improvement, change management and talent development. Proficient to lead in corporate settings in various regions around the globe. Possess strong expertise in ROI, process improvements, project management, sales, and strategic planning.
Jean-Alexis is active in International and Domestic Oil and Gas Industry through Consulting and including promotion of Energy investments bridging North America and Africa.
With SNPC, Jean-Alexis is leading the company Performance 2025 strategy related to Upstream alongside the CEO.
