 Luanda, May 8 (Prensa Latina) The president of Angola, João Lourenço, kept an agenda full of meetings outside of his participation in the United States-Africa Business Summit, in Dallas, Texas.   Lourenço also spoke with the president of the Texas Chamber of Commerce, Posso Ganame, who attended the meeting along with several businessmen who are members of that entity. 

 Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee bestowed a Certificate of Congressional Recognition to the Texas Africa Chamber of Commerce on the occasion of the Houston-Zambia Business Forum. This was jointly presented to the leader of the team from Zambia, Ms. Margaret Kapihya, Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of Zambia, Mr. Mazda Denon from the Houston Mayor’s Office and TXACC President Mr. Posso Ganame.

 Grow, Unite, Build Africa (GUBA) Trade Expo, in partnership with Premanni Technologies and the Texas Chamber of Commerce, hosted the highly successful 2023 AfriExpo and Business Summit in  Houston, Texas. The event saw a significant collaboration with the City of Houston, cementing their commitment to strengthen diaspora ties with Africa. 

The Texas Africa Chamber of Commerce (TXACC) has been confirmed as a strategic partner of the South Sudan Oil&Power (SSOP) 2023 Conference and Exhibition, where the international business body’s Executive President, Posso Ganame, will participate as a speaker, driving collaboration between U.S. and African companies and investors.

 The US-Africa Energy Forum took place at the C. Baldwin Hotel in downtown Houston, Texas. Jude Kearney (Chair, US-Africa Committee,  African Energy Chamber), Posso Ganame (President, TXACC), and Mayor  Sylvester Turner opened the conference by asserting the significance of US-Africa partnerships.
