By signing up and/or participating in TXACC events, programs, or affiliated activities, attendees acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Photography & Videography: TXACC may capture photos and video footage during events for use without compensation in promotional materials, web updates, social media, newsletters, reports, partner communications and archival documentation.
